Why are you named Vine?

In John 15 of the Holy Bible, Jesus reminds us that He is the vine, and we are the branches. At Vine, every engagement for us is a reminder of our deep connection to Jesus, through which flows our love and care for our customers.

Are you using AI? If so, why can't I just use it myself?

We absolutely use AI! At Vine, we use the best technology available to us to provide our services, and that includes AI tools. We highly encourage everyone to use AI as best as they see fit. Vine exists for those customers who may not have the expertise or the time to set up and utilize technology. We strive to make technology simpler and easier for everyone.

Where do you service?

Vine is located in Houston, Texas. Vine Digital services are available to everyone in the United States, and Vine AV services are available to those in the Greater Houston area.

Do you offer warranty?

Vine Digital services are only complete once you are fully satisfied with the delivery. For Vine AV, our installation work is covered under a 1-year warranty. The full details will be shared with you in the quote prior to starting the work.

How are you much cheaper than your competitors?

What makes us elite at Vine is our collective knowledge and experience with technology. We believe we have the skillset to produce efficiently in optimal fashion. This saves us time and money, and we pass that on to our customers.

How do I know if the systems you install are the best fit for my home?

Vine stands out because we are fully transparent with our customers. We do not partner with any specific brand for this reason. Our quotes include exactly which products we use, and allows the customers to switch as they see fit.
